Warranty
Hey! We are a human! And KATRA is a technical device. Some of us may be wrong in the process of work. For this we give a 2 year warranty on it.
We will repair or replace your pedal if it fails to operate due to defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 2 years to the date of purchase so long as no modifications have been made, and the internal wiring/circuit has not been altered in any way. This warranty does not cover misuse or neglect by the user, nor does it cover cosmetic damage to the finish and external hardware. This warranty is not transferable in any way. To qualify for warranty, the original owner must provide proof of purchase of their new KATRA pedal. Please note that the warranty excludes any shipping costs. We reserves the right to void warranties if modifications have been made to products, or if products are deemed to have been used improperly, or abused.

Standard repair time is approximately a month. If we are able to service your pedal sooner, we will do so.
Power Requirements
Power supply: 9 V DC, 2.1 mm female plug, center negative.
PLEASE NOTICE: It’s not possible to use battery, only external power supply (not included)
ATTENTION: Please Use DC Power Supply Only! Failure to do so may damage the unit and void the warranty.

Repairs
Sometimes if you are not using KATRA Drive correctly or by accident you can non-intentionally break it.  If it is still in warranty and you can decide to repair it by yourself or give it to a specialist this might cancel the warranty, no matter how much time is left. You can send the effect to us for repair, you need to pay just the shipping cost and parts cost (if needed any). For example – switch or potentiometer beds to be replaced, you need to pay the shipping and the parts costs. All this needs to be discussed upfront and to have agreement on what the costs are.
